Membership Consultants OTE £25K uncapped You not only deal with incoming membership enquiries but self generate your own leads to hit and exceed monthly targets. You have at least 2 years sales experience and are equally comfortable in a face to face or telephone sales environment.

Health & Beauty Manager £18–22k + Bonus The successful candidate will require strong management skills in order to run a successful health & beauty salon; by driving income revenues and controlling costs in order to maximise profitability. We have 4 treatment rooms, manicure & pedicure stations and relax area. We will also be offering a hairdressing facility.

Beauty Therapists Full & Part Time £14K + Commission - You ensure that members and guests receive a variety of treatments, delivered to a high standard in a restful and relaxing environment. The successful candidate will require excellent customer service skills and the ability to meet targets.

Health & Fitness Consultants £14K plus bonus Full and Part Time Our consultants are different. Providing one to one consultations and reviews to their own groups of members they are personally responsible for improving usage to enhance retention. Qualified to at least REPS level 3, you relate with and motivate members to achieve their personal goals both face to face and on the telephone. Personal Training is positively encouraged giving you the ability to enhance your earnings.

Fitness Coaches £13K plus bonus Full and Part Time Providing ‘on the floor’ guidance, you enhance member’s workouts by providing technique correction and offering enhancements or alternatives to their programmes. Qualified to at least REPS level 2 you pride yourself on knowing every member by name and want to inspire others. You are encouraged to enhance your earnings through joining in the group exercise programme.

Fitness Administrator up to £10.5K (30 hrs per wk) Coordinating the efforts of the consultants you are extremely organized and have experience of Excel. You ensure the fitness team talk to the right people at the right time to maximize retention.

Front of House Team up to £13K Full and Part Time Whether you are serving the best cappuccino or taking a booking for an instructor you relish the variety of your job and enjoy making people smile while you do it. Computer experience is essential combined with a passion for people.

Roko Health Clubs currently has four clubs in their portfolio; Portsmouth was launched in 2000, Nottingham in 2003, Bournemouth in 2004 & Gillingham in 2006; all of which offer the “best value premier health clubs” in their areas. Roko Chiswick Bridge is due to open soon and is set to be the jewel the Roko crown with exceptional and unique facilities that will set it apart from other Health Clubs in the area
